No other wedge looks like it . . .
No other wedge works like it.

Have you ever hit a wedge shot from soft turf where the club just seemed to dig a trench?  Or one from a tight lie where it skipped into the belly of the ball, sending it across the green like a cruise missile?  Or a delicate chip or pitch where the leading edge hung up in the grass?  Those might not have been all your fault.

For the most part, wedges from all other companies look just alike . . . because they work just alike.  Because “the other guys” still rely on 40-year-old sole designs, and admit you have to make a high bounce/low bounce choice; how can you decide in the store exactly what wedge you’re going to need for some future shot on the course?

There’s no question that – conventionally speaking – a low bounce sole is good when the ball is sitting down in a tight lie, or when playing very firm turf.  Or that a high bounce is the better option when you are in a bunker, fluffy rough or softer turf.  But when you can face any imaginable variety of lies in any given round of golf, and your “name brand” wedge has one or the other, what are you supposed to do?

EIDOLON has developed the only suitable answer.  Our patented V-SOLE technology actually combines two distinct bounce angles into each of our wedges, so you always have just the right bounce for any shot you might face.

       T
he main part of the sole features a low bounce angle – 3* in the 48* and 52*, and 6-7* in the 56 and 60 -- to ensure that you can get down into the tightest of lies at any time.  But the leading ¼" of the sole of each wedge features a very aggressive bounce – 15-18* in the 48 and 52, and 25-30* in the 56 and 60.  This unique engineering ensures that the same Eidolon V-SOLE wedge will function perfectly from bunkers, rough and other shots where a high bounce is desirable.

The best thing is that you don’t even have to think about it.  Hood it down to hit a knockdown or bump-and-run, and the leading edge will never dig in.  Square it up from any kind of turf and enjoy outstanding performance.  Lay the face open for a bunker shot or lob, and it slides cleanly under the ball, while providing just the bounce assist you need.  It won’t take you long to learn how to “dial in” just the right bounce you need for whatever kind of shot you face.

So, while the other companies just go on producing dozens of models, all with the same limited-use sole designs you've been looking at for 40 years, we’re changing your short game performance.  They don't have this technology, so they can't build wedges this good.  It's really that simple.
