First, for absolute precision, we CNC-mill (that’s ‘Computer Numerically Controlled’) the face surface to perfect flatness, so that your shots will be more accurate than with any other wedges. Precision putters are made this way - why shouldn't your wedges have the same quality?
Then, we CNC-mill each groove into each wedge, following the USGA guidelines to the tiniest fraction. No mass production milling for us; we cut every groove individually to insure the absolute best precision.
Each model in our 2010 line of V-SOLE wedges is available with two groove options. Our standard “Hi-Spin” grooves continue our market leader position in delivering the maximum spin allowed by the Rules of Golf for amateur and lower-tier professional play. Our new “Competition” grooves (available in March, 2010) conform to the newly-revised Rules of Golf and are designed for play on the major professional tours and major amateur championships. While other brands use the same one-size-fits-all, heavy and stiff commodity grade steel shaft, we offer you three premium options. To match standard weight steel, our own stepless steel Hi-Spin shaft is far ahead of what the other guys give you. Specifically designed for wedges, it offers a firmer tip and softer mid-section to ensure unmatched performance. In graphite, we developed our own SCoR and SCoR Lite shafts to give you wedge-specific performance, outstanding feel and superb balance in a lighter weight than steel.
